Tokenization and Trading on Blockchain

At Hamsa we provide two, interconnected services, tokenization and trading. Whilst tokenization is a necessary step towards trading, it also has its own set of distinct benefits too. We use both public (Algorand) and private (Hamsa) blockchains, to ensure you benefit from the attributes of both. Leveraging a public blockchain allows us to ensure the immutability of the assets tokenized by Hamsa. Leveraging a private blockchain allows us to record radically more data, which can be made available of a permission basis. Whether you are tokenizing or trading, a system that leverages both public and private chains means you get the best of both worlds.

A Token Unlike Any Other

Unlike other tokens,  Hamsa’s token is uniquely designed to meet the needs of real world credit assets such as commercial loans, trade receivables, and inventory. Our token ingests more deep data than other tokens, starting with the original loan agreement or promise-to-pay, in its entirety. The data is atomized and catalogued into sections, making it easy to go as shallow or as deep into the detail as you wish.

With data from the original asset and on the key parties safety stamped onto our token, we connect to dynamic data sources, such as banking services, ecommerce trading platforms or supply chain logistics services, to update the status of the assets in real time. This means we are tracking the transaction history and the performance of the assets throughout its lifecycle.
‍

More Data Means More Benefits

Hamsa tokens are immutable, as well as being 100% traceable and trackable, increasing the security of your original assets. However, due to the depth of the data they hold and our unique data cataloging system, they also provide numerous efficiencies for middle offices. Benefits include a reduced requirement for data management, increased transparency, and permission-basis access for internal and external partners.

Selecting only the most experienced Asset Originators

Our asset originators are highly respected financial institutions and fund managers, with deep experience managing real world asset investments. Every originator goes through a rigorous selection, KYB and AML process, before qualifying to present a pool via Hamsa’s platform. Once approved they can propose an asset pool to our investors worldwide.
‍

Creating diversified Themed Pools

Our Asset originators propose investment pools which can be based on geographies, product types, or industries. For each pool the asset originator provides a detailed investor prospectus that outlines the key pool details, projected performance, as well as details on the asset originator themselves.
‍
